Every Cerakote project begins with a complete evaluation to determine the appropriate level of disassembly, surface preparation, masking, coating application, curing, and final inspection. Proper preparation is critical to achieving a durable, professional finish.

Important Information
All firearms receiving Cerakote services are completely inspected before and after refinishing to verify proper operation. Any mechanical concerns discovered during disassembly will be discussed with the customer before additional work is performed.

Parts, Materials & Additional Charges
Replacement parts, refinishing supplies, specialty materials, shipping, and outside services are not included in listed labor prices unless specifically stated.
Customers will be notified before any substantial additional charges are incurred.
Estimates & Authorization
All firearms are inspected before work begins. If additional problems are discovered during disassembly or inspection, I will contact the customer before performing work outside the originally authorized scope.

Payment & Parts Policy
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Customer-approved replacement parts, special-order components, and custom materials require payment in advance before work begins. Labor charges are due upon completion of the requested services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
