Purchasing Firearms Online

Yes, you can purchase a firearm online just like any other product. However, it’s important to note that firearms cannot be shipped directly to your home. Instead, they must be shipped to a licensed firearms dealer (FFL), where you can pick it up.

Steps for Online Firearm Purchases:

Choose an FFL Dealer: Select an FFL dealer for your firearm transfer. Contact them in advance to inform them of the shipment and to arrange for pickup, including any potential transfer fees.

Background Check and Paperwork: When you go to pick up your firearm, the dealer will conduct a background check and complete the necessary paperwork.

Notification of Pickup: Once your firearm arrives, the dealer will notify you using the contact information provided during your purchase.

Returns:

If you need to return a firearm purchased from Unlimited Possibilities, LTD, it must be done before you pick it up from the FFL dealer. Inspect the firearm thoroughly while it is in the dealer’s possession. If you notice any defects, please contact us to arrange for a replacement or refund. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply to returns.

Important Note:

Unlimited Possibilities is a home-based FFL. Due to local zoning laws, I do not conduct transactions or background checks on-site. Firearm sales are processed online and shipped to other local FFLs, or at local gun shows where we are set up.

Returns & Exchanges for Ammunition Products

Although rare, mistakes in the othering process will occur. If you ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it. Just contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at sales@upltd-precisionmunitions.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and a prepaid shipping label. 

As long as the items are in a saleable condition (if they look like they could be on a store shelf you have nothing to worry about) I will credit the item and exchange with the desired item less the price difference. For order refunds, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If ammunition/firearm that ships to your selected FFL is returned by the FFL to Unlimited Possibilities, LTD for any reason (i.e. Failed background check or magazine is not allowed in state or municipality) you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Except in the case of damaged-in-transit or defective items, all refunds will be for the cost of the products only, less the original shipping cost.

Ammunition manufacturing defects? 

If you have a problem with any ammunition you have purchased from us, please contact us, I will issue a warranty replacement and will issue an RMA and prepaid shipping.

****Once ammunition is transferred from the FFL to the buyer, there are no returns allowed.

Order Modifications 

Please review your order before completing your purchase. Please contact us immediately if you would like to modify your order. I cannot modify any order once it has shipped. 

Shipping Restrictions for Ammunition, and Magazines

Unlimited Possibilities, LTD does not ship ammunition outside the continental United States. Nor will I process international orders.

The following additional restrictions apply:

I cannot ship ammunition to PO boxes. 

CA: I must ship to companies in CA registered as an FFL or an Ammunition Vendor. I will need a copy of their FFL or Ammunition Vendors License on file BEFORE I can ship an ammunition order. I cannot accept an FFL-03 & COE. Please have it emailed to sales@upltd-precisionmunitions.com. Order as you normally would, using your information for billing but make sure the shipping information is that of your registered FFL. No Magazines Over 10 Rounds.  

CT: I require a valid Permit to Carry a Pistol or Revolver, a valid Permit to Sell at Retail a Pistol or Revolver, a valid Eligibility Certificate for a Pistol or Revolver, OR a valid Long Gun Eligibility Certificate on file BEFORE Ican ship an ammunition order. If unable to provide one of those forms of ID, I require a Valid Ammunition Certificate, AND one of the following: Driver’s License, Passport, OR other Federal, State or Municipal government ID showing DOB & photo. Please have it emailed to sales@upltd-precisionmunitions.com No magazines over 10 rounds.

FL: State requires buyers of all firearms to be at least 21 years old.

IL: I must ship to companies in Cook County IL registered as an FFL, and I will need a copy of their FFL on file. Please have it emailed to sales@upltd-precisionmunitions.com. Order as you normally would, using your information for billing but make sure the shipping information is that of your registered FFL. All other areas in IL require a FOID OR Concealed Carry Permit, AND a Driver’s License OR State ID faxed or scanned and emailed to us and on file BEFORE I can ship an ammunition order. One of the IDs sent in MUST match your shipping address.

MA: I can ship to companies in MA registered as a FFL. I will need a copy of their FFL on file. Please have it emailed to sales@upltd-precisionmunitions.com. Order as you normally would, using your information for billing but make sure the shipping information is that of your registered FFL.

MD: No magazines over 10 rounds.

NJ: I require a New Jersey Firearms Purchaser Identification Card, valid Permit to Purchase a Handgun (valid for 90 days), OR a valid Permit to Carry a Handgun (valid for 2 years) faxed or scanned and emailed to us on file BEFORE I can ship an ammunition order. Please have it emailed to sales@upltd-precisionmunitions.com. No magazines over 10 rounds.

NY: I must ship to companies in NY registered as an FFL, OR Keeper or Seller of Ammunition. I will need a copy of their License on file BEFORE I can ship an ammunition order. Please have it emailed to sales@upltd-precisionmunitions.com. Order as you normally would, using your information for billing but make sure the shipping information is that of your registered FFL or Keeper or Seller of Ammunition. No magazines over 10 rounds.

VT: No handgun magazines over 15 rounds.  No long gun magazines over 10 rounds. 

Washington DC: No shipping.

I do not ship to any other area within the United States where I am prohibited by federal, state, or local law to ship a product. I also understand that if I attempt to have a product shipped to these restricted areas, my order will be canceled, and I will be subject to paying a 20% restocking fee.

All orders receive an email confirmation of shipment and are updated on the Order Status page.

As ammunition cannot be shipped via air freight I do not ship outside the Contiguous United States, or any area within the United States where I am prohibited by federal, state, or local law from shipping ammunition or other products.

Order Fulfillment

Orders placed online will be processed withing 24hrs and will ship within 2-3 business days. 

Shipping Fees

All ammunition must be shipped via ground shipping according to federal law. Ground shipping is guaranteed to be delivered within 14 days.

It is normally less than five days, however, can take up to 14 days. 

** "Business Days" are defined as Monday/Wednesday/Saturday and exclude major US holidays.

Training Courses

In the context of Firearms training, please note that all deposits made are non-refundable. I understand that circumstances may change, but due to the limited availability of training slots and the resources allocated to each participant, I am unable to provide refunds for deposits. I encourage you to carefully consider your commitment before making a deposit and ensure that you are fully committed to attending the training. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
