All customers must agree to Unlimited Possibilities LTD statements and terms of sale before an order is placed. All orders are subject to review and approval by Unlimited Possibilities LTD. For orders over $1,000.00 & all Firearms, the order will be placed on hold, and I will contact the customer directly to confirm order and gather FFL information before order will be fulfilled. I will confirm approval from the customer before the order is fulfilled. If an order is placed and an item is found to be out of stock. Unlimited Possibilities LTD will inform the customer, and the order will be placed on backorder and in stock item(s) will ship. The order will not incur additional shipping charges.

Unlimited Possibilities LTD does not ship outside the continental United States or Internationally.

I cannot ship ammunition to PO boxes.
CA: I must ship to companies in CA registered as an FFL or Ammunition Vendor. I will need a copy of their FFL or Ammunition Vendors License on file BEFORE I can ship an ammunition order. I cannot accept an FFL-03 & COE. Please have it emailed to sales@upltd-precisionmunitions.com. Order as you normally would, using your information for billing but make sure the shipping information is that of your registered FFL. No Magazines Over 10 Rounds. No firearm sales.
CT: I require a valid Permit to Carry a Pistol or Revolver, a valid Permit to Sell at Retail a Pistol or Revolver, a valid Eligibility Certificate for a Pistol or Revolver, OR a valid Long Gun Eligibility Certificate on file BEFORE I can ship an ammunition order. If unable to provide one of those forms of ID, I require a Valid Ammunition Certificate, AND one of the following: Driver’s License, Passport, OR other Federal, State or Municipal government ID showing DOB & photo. Please have it emailed to sales@upltd-precisionmunitions.com No magazines over 10 rounds.
FL: State requires buyers of all firearms to be at least 21 years old.
IL: I must ship to companies in Cook County IL registered as an FFL, and I will need a copy of their FFL on file. Please have it emailed to sales@upltd-precisionmunitions.com. Order as you normally would, using your information for billing but make sure the shipping information is that of your registered FFL. All other areas in IL require a FOID OR Concealed Carry Permit, AND a Driver’s License OR State ID faxed or scanned and emailed to us and on file BEFORE I can ship an ammunition order. One of the IDs sent in MUST match your shipping address.
MA: I can ship to companies in MA registered as an FFL. I will need a copy of their FFL on file. Please have it emailed to sales@upltd-precisionmunitions.com. Order as you normally would, using your information for billing but make sure the shipping information is that of your registered FFL.
MD: No magazines over 10 rounds.
NJ: I require a New Jersey Firearms Purchaser Identification Card, valid Permit to Purchase a Handgun (valid for 90 days), OR a valid Permit to Carry a Handgun (valid for 2 years) faxed or scanned and emailed to us on file BEFORE I can ship an ammunition order. Please have it emailed to sales@upltd-precisionmunitions.com No magazines over 10 rounds.
NY: I must ship to companies in NY registered as an FFL, OR Keeper or Seller of Ammunition. I will need a copy of their License on file BEFORE I can ship an ammunition order. Please have it emailed to sales@upltd-precisionmunitions.com. Order as you normally would, using your information for billing but make sure the shipping information is that of your registered FFL or Keeper or Seller of Ammunition. No magazines over 10 rounds.
VT: No handgun magazines over 15 rounds. No long gun magazines over 10 rounds.
Washington DC: No shipping.
I do not ship to any other area within the United States where I am prohibited by federal, state, or local law to ship a product. You (the buyer) also understand that if you attempt to have a product shipped to these restricted areas, yout order will be canceled, and I will be subject to paying a 20% restocking fee if returned by your local FFL.
Order Cancellation
Unlimited Possibilities, LTD reserves the right to cancel any order. In the event that I need to cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the amount of the purchase.

Agreement to Indemnify and Defend for Misrepresentation
In the event that any of the above statements are determined to be untrue, I agree to indemnify and defend Unlimited Possibilities, LTD, and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution.
Assumption of Shipping Liability
Unlimited Possibilities, LTD ships through UPS / FedEx. Once your product is received by the shipping carrier, you will automatically assume all responsibility for its safe transit to your delivery address and thereafter. You also agree to hereby explicitly release Unlimited Possibilities, LTD from all liability and responsibility thereafter.
Release of Liability and Agreement to Indemnify and Defend
Unlimited Possibilities, LTD is a retailer of dangerous products. By placing an order with Unlimited Possibilities, LTD, I explicitly agree to release Unlimited Possibilities, LTD from any and all liability arising from or related to the products purchased to include but not limited to the use of the product, the storage of the product, and the transportation of the product. I also acknowledge that I alone am responsible for how the product is used by me and by any other party. In the event that any other party files a claim of any kind against Unlimited Possibilities, LTD, I will indemnify and pay to defend Unlimited Possibilities, LTD, and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution.
Errors and Omissions
While Unlimited Possibilities, LTD makes every effort to have accurate and complete information on our site, including but not limited to pricing, availability, and product features, I can occasionally make mistakes. Customer agrees that they will not hold Unlimited Possibilities, LTD liable for such mistakes or omissions and acknowledges that orders may be canceled after the fact due to errors or omissions. Jurisdiction
In the event that I choose to file a complaint against Unlimited Possibilities, LTD or any of its owners, agents, officers, or employees, I agree that such a complaint must be filed within a court located in Summit, County Ohio. I agree that any complaints filed within any other jurisdiction shall be immediately terminated and moved to a court within Summit, County Ohio and I agree to reimburse Unlimited Possibilities, LTD and its owners, agents, officers, and employees for any costs they may each incur in defending against the complaint or effecting its removal until such time that the complaint is properly filed within a court located within Summit, County Ohio.
FIREARMS TRAINING AGREEMENT
Release, Waiver, Indemnification, Hold Harmless, and Assumption of Risk Whereas, in consideration of being permitted to attend a course for instruction in firearms and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Student agrees to the following: Student agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Unlimited Possibilities, LTD ( including Unlimited Possibilities, LTD , all employees, agents, and/or assistants) hereinafter referred to collectively or individually as “Instructor”, from any and all fault, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, demands, or lawsuits arising out of, related to or connected with Student’s presence at and/or participation in the course of instruction; the use of instruction in the future; the discharge of firearms by Undersigned, Undersigned’s presence on or use of the range, building, land, and premises (“Premises”); and, any and all acts or omissions of Student. Student furthermore waives for himself/herself and for his/her executors, personal representatives, administrators, assignees, heirs and next of kin, any and all rights and claims for damages, losses, demands and any other actions or claims whatsoever, which he/she may have or which may arise against Instructor (including but not limited to the death of Student and/or any and all injuries, damages or illnesses suffered by Student or Student’s property), which may, in any way whatsoever, arise out of, be related to or be connected with: the course of instruction; the Premises, including any latent defect in the Premises; Student’s presence on or use of said Premises; Student’s property (whether or not entrusted to Instructor); and the use of ammunition and discharge of firearms. Instructor shall not be liable for, and Student, on behalf of himself/herself and on behalf of his/her executors, personal representatives, administrators, assignees, heirs, and next of kin, hereby expressly release the Instructor from any and all such claims and liabilities. Student hereby expressly assumes the risk of taking part in the course for instruction in firearms and taking part in the activities on the Premises, which include, but are not limited to, instruction in the use of firearms, the discharge of firearms and the firing of live ammunition. Student hereby acknowledges and agrees that Student has read this instrument and understands it terms and is executing this instrument voluntarily. Student furthermore hereby acknowledges and agrees that he/she has read, understands and will at all times abide by all range rules and procedures and any other rules and procedures stated by the Instructor. Student expressly agrees that this instrument is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law and that if any provision of this instrument is held invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be impaired thereby. No remedy conferred by any of the specific provisions of this instrument is intended to be exclusive of any other remedy, and each and every remedy shall be cumulative and shall be in addition to every other remedy now or hereafter existing at law or in equity or by statue or otherwise. The election of any one or more remedy hereunder by the Instructor shall not constitute any waiver of Instructor’s right to pursue other available remedies. This instrument binds Student and his/her executors, personal representatives, administrators, assignees, heirs and next of kin.
FIREARMS TRAINING AGREEMENT
Release, Waiver, Indemnification, Hold Harmless, and Assumption of Risk Student understands that persons meeting any of the following conditions are prohibited by federal or state law to possess a firearm:
1. A felon.
2. An illegal immigrant.
3. A person under the age of 12 for a .22 rifle or 21 for a handgun - but this shall not apply to the issue of handguns to members of the Armed Forces of the United States, active or reserve, National Guard, State Militia, or ROTC, when on duty or training or the temporary loan of handguns for instructions under the immediate supervision of a parent or adult instructor.
4. Currently charged for a crime that would, upon conviction, bar you from possessing a firearm.
5. A person who was dishonorably discharged from any of the armed forces of the United States.
6. A person who has been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.
7. A person who has been convicted of a crime of violence in any court of the United States, the several states, commonwealths, territories, possessions, or the District of Columbia or who is a fugitive from justice or a habitual drunkard or a drug addict or who has been adjudicated mentally incompetent.
8. A person who by order of a circuit judge or county court judge of this State has been adjudged unfit to carry or possess a firearm
9. A person subject to a court order prohibiting stalking, harassing, or threatening an intimate partner or child of an intimate partner or placing them in reasonable fear of bodily injury.
10. A person found by a court or mental facility to have certain mental disabilities.
11. A fugitive from Justice.
12. A person who has formally renounced US citizenship.
13. A member of a subversive organization.
14. A person who has been previously denied a license.
By signing up for, paying for and attending said training, Student represents that there are no legal or physical restrictions or impediments with Student in the handling or participating in firearms or personal protection training. Also, Student certifies that they are not a person prohibited under federal or state law from possessing a firearm, and none of the above conditions apply to them. Student has been informed of all risks involved and they voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
